Chopper Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Fronds at Popular California Coast
An aircraft soaring near a well-attended coastal coastline abruptly began spiraling uncontrollably, eventually descending rapidly and plunging into a row of palm groves as beachgoers looked on.
Recordings shared online capture the helicopter commencing to spiral over Huntington Beach then plunging in the direction of the border of the beach, where it gets stuck amidst palm groves and a set of stairs close to the coastal road.
First Aid Update
Emergency responders said five people were taken to hospital comprising two individuals who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the crash on that day.
Three persons on the street were harmed. Details on their injuries were still under review.
The reason for the accident was still under investigation.
